Shipping
To keep our store safe from fraud, orders with different billing and shipping addresses may require additional confirmation. If we cannot confirm the details, the order will not be shipped. Our payment system provides verified address information, and we will ship only to the confirmed address unless you contact us by email requesting a change.
We ship anywhere in Canada and the United States. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days, provided all information has been confirmed. Delivery times depend on item availability, the shipping method selected, and the destination.
Shipping charges are based on the total value of your order before tax. Larger or heavier items such as bike racks and bicycles shipped to the United States may require additional charges. Orders shipped to the United States may also be subject to duties, brokerage fees, and state taxes.
Our preferred shipping partner is Canada Post. In some cases, we may choose a different courier if it offers a better rate or faster delivery for your location or package size. If a shipping method needs to be changed, we may contact you by email before proceeding. If you approve the change, we will provide updated tracking information and refund any difference in shipping costs when applicable.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items for a refund or exchange.
- Items returned within 30 days of purchase will be refunded to the original payment method
- Items returned after 30 days may receive store credit and may be subject to a reasonable restocking fee depending on the condition and timing of the return
For exchanges of the same item in a different size or color, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us and for the shipping costs of the replacement item.
Please send returns using a prepaid, insured, and traceable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

- Clearance items
- New footwear must be returned in unworn, new condition
