We are looking for an amazing individual to lead our sales team! As a Sales Manager, you will work alongside a team of fellow bike enthusiasts to provide our clients with the best possible customer service. Being a part of The Inside Line leadership team will give you a unique opportunity to collaborate with creative minds to find new growth avenues.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example: be the shining example of "how we do things" with punctuality, efficiency, professionalism, and taking initiative
- Train fellow sales team members and provide a friendly and professional customer service experience
- Ensure timely communication with clients
- Enhance floor displays to facilitate a seamless shopping experience by managing effective merchandising activities
- Work with the management team to collaborate on workplace evolution
What You Bring
- Previous management or leadership experience
- A passion for growth, both personally and as part of a team
- Experience working in a bike shop or the cycling industry
- A passion for mountain biking and cycling
- Strong initiative and the ability to take ownership
Compensation / Benefits
- Salary $50,000 - $70,000 a year
- 3 weeks paid vacation
