Seamless Integration

Orbea Rallon RS is built as a fully integrated system where motor, suspension, dropper, battery and controls communicate in real time. The RS-HMI bar controller allows on-the-fly adjustment of motor modes, suspension behaviour and dropper functions, while shared data between the TQ motor, Fox eNEO Live Valve shock and MC10-RS dropper delivers responsive suspension, downhill-optimised shock settings and terrain aware motor assistance with reduced cockpit clutter.

Helping-Hand Assistance

Rallon RS enhances climbing without overpowering it, delivering a smooth and natural pedalling feel. The lightweight TQ HPR40 motor provides up to 200 W and 40 Nm of near-silent assistance that never exceeds rider input, preserving effort and trail feel. A 290 Wh battery offers 1200 to 1800 m of climbing range, with an optional 160 Wh range extender boosting total range by 55 percent for longer rides.

Downhill Performance

Based on Orbea’s World Cup developed Rallon platform, Rallon RS delivers planted and predictable downhill performance thanks to a low and central motor placement and advanced carbon construction. Adjustable geometry supports full 29 or mullet setups, flip chip and headset tuning, while Steep n Deep frame design allows full dropper insertion across all sizes, up to 240 mm on size L and XL.
