Cam Mechanism

A new cam profile shortens the initial free stroke while keeping the braking zone smooth and controlled. The result is a clearer bite point with a progressive ramp in power that improves overall modulation.

Piston Movement

A roller bearing at the main pivot works together with a sliding guide bush for friction-free motion. A secondary guide bush maintains perfect piston alignment, ensuring steady and reliable lever travel.

Bleeding

The master cylinder includes an easy-access bleed port so the system can be serviced without removing the top cap. Updated internal routing helps eliminate trapped air, leading to faster, more consistent bleeds.

Caliper Desigh

CNC machined from a single block for maximum rigidity and reduced mass, the GR4 caliper uses four hybrid pistons for smoother action and improved heat management. Increased piston size adds roughly 6 percent more power over the previous Tech 4 V4 unit. A stronger structure boosts lever feedback, and a redesigned bore cap creates a slimmer profile for better clearance. Note that this model is not compatible with vented rotors.
